Google Deskbar
I've recently replaced my Google Toolbar with the Google Deskbar. What's the difference you say? The Toolbar is only available when you have a browser open. The Deskbar Lives at the bottom of your taskbar.

What is means is that you can immediately start searching without even opening a browser. That comes in very handy, especially when you use a toolbar trick, like the calculator function.

The Google toolbar acts as a multifuntion calculator. Follow the last link and discover a world of options from within Google Search.

Email signature blocks
This one is actually quite easy and more business people should be using it!

I receive about 100 email messages a day. Greater than half of them do not include a signature block. Now would you go to a business meeting without your business card? Or send a business letter that isn't on letterhead? Of course not! So why do so many people not use email signature blocks? I suspect it's because most don't know how. Here's a little How to from the folks at PC Magazine.

Using web forms instead of emails
"Hi I'd like information on your product, Bob"

Have you ever received an email that looks like the line above? This is what I call a one-liner-from-Bob. If you've received an email like this from someone that contacted you from your website it's because you are not using forms when you request contact from a visitor.

When you have a form you can present fields for the information you are interested in. Maybe it's just name, email and a drop down for the product selection. That little drop down alone might help you deal with an inquiry more efficiently.
